Competition Law

KG law firm is currently seeking to recruit motivated and experienced Junior & Senior Associate lawyers specialized in competition law to handle complex and challenging competition law advice and litigation work.

The candidates must have:

  • minimum 2 and 5 years respectively post-trainee professional experience in competition law;

HR Administrator

KG Law Firm is currently seeking to recruit an HR Administrator. Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field;
  • Proven 3 years work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role;
  • Computer literacy (HR software, MS Office & Excel applications, in particular);
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks;
  • Strong oral, written and in-person communication skills;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to work as part of a team, to perform under pressure and have enthusiasm for challenging work.


    • Organize and maintain personnel records;
    • Assist in the recruitment process, maintain candidates database, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence;
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
    • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave), ensure its accuracy and compliance with legislation;
    • Draft and revise company policies;
    • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, car leasing company and ensure legal compliance;
    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates);
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules);
    • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms;
    • Arrange participations to congresses/seminars and process expense forms, maintain annual calendar in collaboration with marketing;
    • Coordinate the process of “Constantine Kyriakides Scholarship” in collaboration with marketing.
